Village Shalom Associate Board has organized a Father's Day 5k to raise money for programming at Village Shalom to benefit the residents affected by Alzheimer's and other memory affecting ailments.

Over the past 20 years we have raised thousands of dollars that we spend on:

• Pet Programs in the Memory/Dementia Suites
• Sensory/memory boxes
• Life story/memory boxes
• Specialized entertainment for those with memory loss
• Geriatric Education Resource & Training Institute training for Village Shalom staff members
